Routine maintenance of led tail lights

Many car owners only find out that there is a problem with their car lights when they inspect the lights during the annual inspection of the car, and then adjust them in the repair shop. The correct beam position will make the car ’s night vision clearer and the driving safer. In fact, when there is a problem with your car ’s lights, you do n’t have to go to a repair shop to adjust them. The following shows you how to adjust the LED tail lights yourself.

First, choose a dim environment, such as an underground parking lot or at night, sitting alone in the driver"s seat to observe the effect, turn on the LED taillights, cover a headlight with an opaque cloth, and adjust a headlight individually.

Second, make a mark with a marker pen or chalk on the center of the light range of the wall of the car, and also make a mark on the wall corresponding to the position of the car mark (the center of the rear of the car). Measure the distance between the lamp marks on both sides and the center position separately. The two distances should be equal. If the phenomenon of outward or inward deviation occurs, you should look at the vehicle instruction manual and use the screwdriver to make fine adjustments so that the positions of the two LED taillights are left and right symmetrical.

Finally, adjust the height of the beam. The right LED taillight should be completely horizontal and direct, and the left headlight should be raised upward by about 10cm, but not too high, so as not to direct the light directly into the eyes of the driver coming across. The illuminated range of the right LED taillight can be shifted to the right to improve the visibility of the right side of the vehicle. The whole process takes about 15-20 minutes.
